Account and Data Deletion

If available, you can delete your account directly from within any Odacova Games app by going to:

Settings  > Delete Account

Web or Email Request

You may also request deletion by contacting us at:

privacy@odacovagames.com

Please include:

• Your account email address or login method

• Your player ID or username, if available

• A brief statement that you are requesting account deletion

What Deletion Means

When we process a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, except where we need to retain limited information for legitimate business purposes or legal obligations, such as:

• Fraud prevention and anti-cheat enforcement

• Security and abuse prevention

• Legal, tax, or accounting compliance

• Dispute resolution

• Enforcement of our agreements

• Internal recordkeeping as permitted by law

Timing

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification, subject to legal and operational requirements.
